Arizona Appraisal Seminars & Classes - Empowering Appraisers
The basic outline is the course from The Appraisal Foundation.
We augment it with pertinent war stories and lots of student interactio that make it more relevant to appraisers in Arizona.
There are Breakout Sessions with Case Studies for 50% of the class, so you won't get bored and can talk with other students from around Arizona.
If you take this class, bring some of your toughest questions and assignments as this is the place to ask questions and get advice from not only the instructor, but your peers.
ZOOM Class. You must be visible on camera and be able tobe heard. You also must have and be able to access the USPAP Publications for 2024 & 2025.
We provide the student manual and link the day prior to the class.
You can order the USPAP Publication and Reference Guide (sold separately as ebooks) at www.appraisalfoundation.org/store.
"AASC has been my go to for USPAP classes and never disappoints. Joanna has a wealth of knowledge but does a real nice job mixing in recent events and personal experiences to keep the class interesting. Will definitely be signing up for additional classes available through AASC."
Robert Green, Certified Residential Appraiser, Phoenix
"This USPAP Zoom Class was fun and exciting for several reasons. I could complete the class from my home, no travel, loved that. The class was fun and interesting learning some new things like; a new program to speed up the appraisal process, how the industry is changing, hearing stories from the instructor and fellow appraisers about their experiences in the field and lastly seeing other appraisers and hearing their experiences in their market."
Denise Brasington, Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Tucson
"Thank you Joanna, Your USPAP class was very helpful and kept all of us that were in attendance engaged so their never seemed to be any misunderstandings or boredom of subjects you covered. Your Zoom classes are the best with not only the updated teaching methods you use but also the value and convenience a appraiser gets when taking one of your classes."
